Picbod - [pic-bod] is a free and open undergraduate photography class run by Jonathan Worth and Matt Johnston from the photography team at Coventry University in the UK
This is a JISC funded project which seeks to give access to networks and communities of subject specialists, professional practitioners and wider learning communities.

You can follow and participate in #picbod through a variety of platforms:

Website:

This website will be updated with tasks, lecture notes, links and guest posts frequently. Drop by or sign up to our RSS feed here. Feel free to post comments below relevant posts and link to your own blog posts regarding #picbod

Twitter:

We will be using the hashtag #picbod on Twitter to help you find relevant tweets regarding #picbod. Add this hashtag to your own #picbod links and discussions

Flickr

We will be using Flickr to share the images we make during #picbod. You should tag your images with ‘picbod’ in order for the rest of the communtiy to be able to see them. We will also be featuring as many of these images as we can on the #picbod website.

Facebook:

While we would advise you do not share your photos via Facebook, we do encourage you to share links to your images on Flickr or on your blog/website. If you have any questions for the #picbod community, this should be your first port-of-call. You can find the #picbod Facebook page here.

You can receive the week in Picbod by signing up to our email-out. This is a digest of the week’s highlights and is ideal for those who aren’t able to keep abreast of the daily chaos or who prefer the more consolidated narrative,. These are also a great back-up for links you may have missed as the class passed through differing time-zones as we always link to content, so providing a map of the week in picbod.
