Jason Tilley – #picbod’s Photographer in Residence

JASON TILLEY

Today we had an in-depth look at CU Photography’s  photographer-in-residence Jason Tilley‘s work and some of the prints he’s been making from his Beautiful People project.

The students discussed the importance and key themes of Tilley’s work, as well as relating the context of his work with photographers like John Burke, Sally Mann and Simon Norfolk.

A great article to read about Burke and Norfolk that you can draw your own connections with: http://www.simonnorfolk.com/burkenorfolk/conversation.html
